First of all, the instructions are a disaster, just three of four pictures, second it took a few minutes to get a connection between the two, I bought two of them and each of them took over five minutes to connect. There were no instructions on how to change the alarms, or how to use the FIND feature. I had to visit several web sites to finally figure this out. Also, one of the devices could not be turned off even after deleting the application, amazing. The same device also at first could not find the phone intermittingly, which was very frustrating. The device states that up to four devices could be connected, however it would be even better if the phone app could connect to more than one device, since most people have more than one set of keys. I was very disappointed in the operation of the device and it has a long way to go before it will be a really useful device.

I bought it last week and I found an app for IOS that does not work properly, it has been translated into spanish in an incorrect and incomprensible way and when I try to get the English version I realize that this is impossible.
The adjustment for the distance sensibility does not work and it can't be adjusted. Definitely one hardware without a good software give us a bad product. What did happen with your Quality Control and Quality Assurement?

I have a Galaxy Note 3 and purchased the fob and tag directly from Kensington. The Fob generates more false alarms when the devices are sitting next to one another than I care to discuss. I called support and it was suggested that I should replace the batteries. I have replaced them twice now. No difference. I am either plagued with false alarms or if I walk away from the phone and have the fob on my belt loop, I have no longer have a a visual line of sight and I am totally out of audio range by the time the fob activates. Good concept, poor implementation.
